Clinical Product is an emerging discipline and a growing community of clinicians, product leaders and founders passionate about how evidence-based, safe, scalable healthtech gets built.

Clinical Product Thinking 🧠 is looking for a Content & Community Associate to support its content engine, in-person events and early testing of new Clinical Product AI tools. This is a unique opportunity to help shape an emerging discipline and grow your network across healthtech.

Ideal for someone early in their career in:
Clinical product · clinical ops · clinical safety · or a clinician transitioning into clinical product.

1. Content Operations (≈60%)

Help turn weekly Substack posts into multi-platform content.

  • 3–5 LinkedIn posts

  • 3–5 Substack Notes

  • simple carousels (content only)

  • manage the H1 2026 content calendar

  • track analytics + share insights

This is editorial work, clarity and judgement matter.

Support CPT’s dinners, panels and drinks events.

  • attend key CPT events (Feb 4, Mar 4, Mar 25 + others)

  • capture photos + short videos (phone only)

  • support event logistics (guest list, check-in)

  • assist with pre- and post-event comms

  • maintain the attendee/community database

  • create content from events (quotes, reflections, behind-the-scenes)

A huge networking opportunity: you’ll meet founders, clinicians, PMs and operators.

3. Feedback on Clinical Product AI Tools (≈10%)

Be an early tester for CPT’s new AI tools for Clinical Product Managers.

  • test alpha and beta versions

  • give structured feedback on prompts, workflow, UX, clarity and usefulness

  • suggest new prompts/features

  • flag confusing or missing functionality

  • provide feedback summaries to guide iteration

This isn’t technical, it relies on intuition, judgement and understanding of clinical product work.
